Kachoris


Although they are delicious, kachoris are unhealthy due to their high calorie content, unhealthy fat content, and frequent deep-frying. Experts estimate that a single kachori can have 200–300 calories, increasing the quantity of bad fats that raise cholesterol and raise the risk of heart disease. Although kachoris are made with all-purpose flour, they also contain a lot of sugar.
